I%26#39;ve been looking for a good deal too...
I presume that price is from the attraction tickets direct website. If it is, then it is with Liberty Helicopters as someone mentioned above, but works out a few pounds cheaper than buying it from them direct. It is also a UK-based company so getting tickets sent to you is a lot easier than it seems from the Liberty website.
Apparently they send you a voucher and you call the heli company when you get to NYC to arrange your flight, which means you can check out the weather before you confirm...
