New Years Eve Dinner with a 2 Year Old

Can anyone recommend somewhere for dinner with a (normally very well behaved) 2 year old on New Years Eve

Have seen many listings from this site, but am concerned that I will be booking blind and none seem to mention whether (small) children are welcome. Looking for a food with a party atmosphere, but not to rowdy/adult oriented.

Also, my local geography is a little limited so need somewhere near/in/around midtown as we%26#39;re staying at the Sofitel on West 44TH Street.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
