How much of a layover do you have? It will take at least an hour to get into the city, at least an hour to return, you might have to wait on line for a chance to skate, so if you don%26#39;t have ample time, don%26#39;t know if it is doable.

A car service, such as Tel Aviv or Carmel Limo, will run about $60 - $65 with tolls %26amp; tips, each way.

Sorry, not sure about the NJ taxi%26#39;s.
