I wouldn%26#39;t count on taking the ferry (which has been renamed ';The Cat'; for reasons that nobody seems to know) next summer. This thing is already millions in the red and City Council is debating whether to issue bonds to continue subsidizing it. But to answer your question, there are no hotels in the immediate area, which is known as Charlotte (pronounced shar-LOT). The nearest hotels would be downtown or off I-390 in the suburb of Greece.

How long are you planning to stay? Without a car your options are pretty limited unless you don%26#39;t mind taking taxis or buses everywhere.
