New Years Eve Parties

We are coming to NY for our honeymoon next week and are looking into NYE. We have been looking at pay as you go bars, and on www.newyears.com, with all the places on newyears.com i.e. Capitale etc are these parties worth the money and do they get full up, i.e. is there enough atmosphere? I am worried we will go somewhere and it not be full. Obviously we will be booking these places blind so any advice would be appreiciated.

There will be plenty of people there and the parties are usually pretty lively. Their ';worthiness'; however, is a bit of a personal decision. Will you be taking full advantage of the open bar? etc...

They will be packed, no worries! However, I agree - deciding whether they will be ';worth it'; is up to you.

We have VIP tickets at T-New York. $200 each includes open bar. Three floors with bottle of Grey Goose and bottle of champagne, hor d%26#39; horves and breakfast at around 2-3am. We bought VIP seating (four of us) but the club called last night and said we needed six at a table minimum to get the VIP 3rd floor seating. We are looking for two or more people interested in getting the VIP package. Let me know if you are interested and I will give you our reservation name so that you can get the package. The standard admission package is with no seat and crowded bar. VIP guarantees access to third floor bar with quick service. I checked all of the NYE packages and this one looks very cool.
