I am travelling from UK and arrive in LA on 30th Dec.

I then travel to NYC on 4th Feb.

- will the weather be warm in LA and freezing in NYC?!

Should I pack t-shirts for the West Coast and a god coat for NYC?

Current 10 day forcast for LA is daytime temps in the mid 60s to mid 70s with evening lows mid 40s to mid 50s. Should be pretty nice for you.

Weather in NY is likely to be freezing, and could be snow ladden. LA also is really prone to lots of rain from Jan - March. It often is colder than you would think....when I lived there my winter clothes often included polo necks and sweaters. But then it can also be really warm (but don%26#39;t expect to swim in the ocean). Best to be prepared and pack appropriatley with layered clothing, and to check the weather reports vigilaintly a week before.
