There are 10 of us staying at the Warwick Hotel 30th 31st Dec and 1 Jan where is the best place to eat and enjoy the festivities and stagger back to our hotel, can I book from the UK. When we arrive at JFK is it better to book 5 taxies or have a couple of mini buses.

WOW! I%26#39;m so jealous! We are staying 27th - 31st at the warwick so we%26#39;ll fly home new years eve (we just couldn%26#39;t warrant the extra cost). Times square is the obvious place to enjoy the festivities and i%26#39;ve heard they have fireworks in central park. I%26#39;ve also read that there is a restaurant and new bar at the 84th floor of the rockerfella centre with excellent views over central park, but i%26#39;m not sure how pricey.
With regards to taxis, i think you can get four people to each taxi or there are %26#39;airport shuttles%26#39; which are like minibuses and do drop offs at several hotels depending on where you are staying. These generally work out cheaper than yellow cabs and you will be offered these as soon as you step out of the airport, this might work for all of you to get in one.
