The organization of theaters and producers has announced that, although the shows will go on, people who are unable to make it to the theater due to the transit strike may exchange their tickets for another date at the point of sale.
Exchanging Broadway Tickets Because of Strike
';At the point of sale';? If you can%26#39;t get there, how can you make the exchange?
Exchanging Broadway Tickets Because of Strike
I%26#39;m assuming that, if you bought your tickets at the theater box office, you do it when you can get to the theater. There may be other ways, like mailing them in or just calling the box office, but I think the box office (or maybe the League) would have to answer that.
For people who bought tickets online or by phone, then I assume they would contact the vendor for instructions on how to exchange the unused tickets.
