I%26#39;m sure everyone is wondering if the strike doesn%26#39;t end soon how long to give ourselves to get to the airport, in my case La Guardia? Right now I have a limo booked for 12:30 for a 2:50 domestic flight.
So how long will it take to get to the airport now?
I would call the limo company and ask them; they have drivers on the ground in real time and can give you the up-to-the-minute report.
So how long will it take to get to the airport now?
Good idea. We have the limo planned for our return trip but planned on taking a taxi on our arrival the 23rd. Now I see they%26#39;re charging $30 per person, $120 for a family of four, yikes! I think we%26#39;ll take the NY Airport service for $12 each and the kids are free.
BTW, I just want to tell all the native New Yorkers that I really feel for you during this time. Although it%26#39;s a bit of an inconvenience for us tourists, it%26#39;s a matter of livlihood for you and I can%26#39;t imagine the stress this could cause if it is a long term matter. I hope this is resolved quickly for your sakes especially.
i have heard both that they are charging $30.00 per person from JFK, and that the rates are the same. Can anyone tell me whats going on?
hey missalicia, see you are from louisville as well. have fun in NYC!!!
jakely8- I figure if we can survive the infield at Derby the crowds in Ny should be a piece of cake : ) As long as I make it to and from the airport I%26#39;m not worried about anything else, we can hoof it.
